The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, Tequila and Mezcal and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Operate the POS system efficiently for processing orders and payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or private parties when required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Skills Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly environment for guests.
