Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and creativity Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels to ensure seamless service during busy hours Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing menus to keep offerings fresh and appealing Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any special requests or dietary needs Oversee bar cleanliness, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service in compliance with health regulations Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques, POS operation, and customer service expectations Coordinate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure smooth service flow in various settings Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or bar manager in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele Ability to develop new drink recipes and adapt menus based on guest preferences and seasonal ingredients Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices Basic math skills for retail math calculations including cash handling and change processing Previous experience working in hospitality industry settings such as restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls is highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
