Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to our guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices. Engage with customers to provide a memorable dining experience through attentive service and product knowledge. Operate POS systems such as TOAST and OrderPort for order processing and cash handling. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets and special events. Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is required; fine dining or nightclub experience is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly TOAST and OrderPort, is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is essential. Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, along with an understanding of retail math principles.
