Take orders from customers Answer questions about menu items and food sensitivities. Give customers suggestions for food and drinks and tell them about any special menu items Deliver food to customers Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints Process customer payments Prep food Keeping waiting area clean Make drinks

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in customer service industry preferred but not required Ability to listen and communicate effectively Able to multitask efficiently Strong organizational skills
