Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails, wines, and spirits in accordance with our menu and customer preferences. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and inventory management. Stay up to date with industry trends, classic and modern cocktails, and seasonal ingredients. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with the restaurant team to create a seamless dining experience. Handle cash, credit transactions, and reconcile the register at the end of shifts.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant, lounge, or upscale bar. Strong knowledge of Italian wines, classic cocktails, and mixology techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid food handler's and responsible beverage service certification. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
