Beaver Creek Oktoberfest Beaver Creek, CO | Sept 4-6, 2026 $35/hr (Non-tipped event — that's why the rate is higher!) About the

Event:

Avant-Garde Event Services is hiring Event Bartenders & Event Staff POS Operators for one of our biggest Mountain events — Beaver Creek Oktoberfest! This is a high-volume, fast-paced event in the heart of Beaver Creek Town Center.

Important:

Availability for all 3 days (Sept 4-6) is mandatory. Lodging is not provided — staff are responsible for their own transportation and accommodations.

Available Positions:

Bartender (Must be 21+) Serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages quickly and responsibly Operate Square POS with accuracy Provide outstanding hospitality to guests and teammates Set up, stock, and break down bar stations Maintain a clean, organized workspace Communicate with team leaders and captains

Requirements:

Valid TIPS or ABT On-Premise Certification | Bartending experience in events, banquets, or high-volume settings | Ability to lift 50 lbs & stand for extended periods Event Staff / POS Operator Process transactions via POS system Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments Issue receipts and provide friendly customer service Assist with product/merchandise distribution Keep cashier stations clean and organized Communicate with team for smooth operations

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills | Comfortable with POS systems | Detail-oriented under pressure | Willing to assist in multiple roles | Reliable and punctual
