The Role We're looking for a Bartender who treats craft cocktails and wine as a craft, not a checklist. You'll be the anchor behind our bar — greeting guests, building drinks with care, and setting the tone for the kind of unapologetic hospitality we're known for. This is a fast paced house with a loyal following, and we want someone who thrives on that energy. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, genuine service from the moment they sit down Build and serve craft cocktails and wine with technical skill and a responsible approach to alcohol service Take accurate food and beverage orders through our POS (Aloha) Run a busy bar or section with strong time management, even at full volume Handle cash transactions accurately Keep your station clean, organized, and up to food safety standards Jump in on private events, or overflow service as needed Skills 2+ years bartending in fine dining and/or high-volume service Real experience with craft cocktails and wine — this isn't an entry-level bar program A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and genuine hospitality instincts Comfort multitasking in a high-energy room without losing your composure Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha a plus) Ambition to grow — we invest in people who want to build a career here, not just work a shift Why River and Woods?
