The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, as well as a solid understanding of food safety and handling practices. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar is required. Familiarity with food service operations is a plus. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations. Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Pay:

$15.50- $35/ hr ($15.50 + tips)
