Greet bar guests with high energy, take food and drink orders, and offer menu recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout service, adhering to health and safety standards. Process payments using our POS system accurately and manage cash floats. Verify age requirements and practice responsible alcohol service at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

1+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or grill setting.

Knowledge:

Solid working knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor profiles.

Certifications:

Current state/local alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Skills:

Excellent multitasking, strong communication, and ability to keep cool under a rush.

Availability:

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.
