Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep offerings fresh and exciting for guests Manage bar inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and assisting with bar management tasks when required Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while demonstrating excellent time management skills in a busy environment Requirements Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food service within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, wine varieties, and spirits including brewing processes and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not required Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a lively hospitality setting Join us to be part of an energetic team that values creativity, professionalism, and genuine guest care.
