Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments following company protocols. Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Uphold food handling standards to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling regulations is advantageous. Experience in bartending or beverage service is beneficial for those interested in expanding their skill set within the role.
