Our Golfzon TwoVision simulators provide an incredibly realistic golf experience for everyone from experienced golfers to first-time players. Combined with our innovative self-pour bar, comfortable lounge, leagues, corporate events, and private parties, we have created a unique experience for our guests. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and personable Bartender & Guest Experience Host to join our team. The Position This is more than a traditional bartending position. We are looking for someone who can confidently operate the bar while also managing the day-to-day guest experience and facility during their shift. The right person will be comfortable working independently, interacting with customers, handling multiple responsibilities at once, and making sure every guest has a great experience from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities Welcome and check in guests and provide outstanding customer service Manage reservations, simulator bookings, and guest check-ins Assist guests with our Golfzon TwoVision golf simulators Explain simulator operation and help troubleshoot basic issues Operate and monitor our self-pour beer, wine, and cocktail system Bartend and assist guests with beverage selections Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service requirements Operate our POS and payment systems Open and close customer tabs and process payments accurately Monitor the facility and ensure guests are having a safe and enjoyable experience Assist with golf leagues, corporate outings, private parties, and special events Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, simulator bays, lounge, and common areas Restock beverages, supplies, and other inventory as needed Complete opening and closing responsibilities Help create the energetic, welcoming atmosphere Golf & Tap is known for Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or guest-service experience required Previous POS system and cash-handling experience required Bartending experience strongly preferred Alcohol-service certification/TIPS certification is a plus Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable learning and working with new technology Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality Basic knowledge or interest in golf is a plus, but you do not need to be an experienced golfer What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their shift. You should be the type of person who can greet a group walking through the door, get them checked in, help them get started on a simulator, handle the bar, process transactions, and keep an eye on the overall facility—all while making guests feel welcome. We want someone who understands that great hospitality is about more than serving drinks. It's about creating an experience that makes people want to come back.
