Job Description
Roger's Bar in Edgewater is looking for a FT bartender to join our team. We are located on 5505 W 20th Avenue inside Edgewater Public Market. Our ideal candidate embodies great customer service skills is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Candidates MUST be professional bartenders with an extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine and beer. The ideal candidate should also be able to seamlessly integrate into our current team after 5 days of training, learning our recipes and passing our recipes test, and methods of operations. Open availability is required for this position. Job DutiesPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and food vendor patronsInteract with customers, take orders and serve drinksAssess customers needs and preferences and make recommendationsPrepare cocktailsCheck customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsComplete Opening/Closing/shift duties as assignedChange kegs Maintain a clean bar and community areaRequirementsResume and proven working experience as a bartenderExcellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinksComputer literacyPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanTIPS or similar certification Ability to lift 50+lbs regularly without assistanceCheck us out:www.rogersliquidoasis.com@rogersliquidoasis
