Job Summary We are seeking an experienced craft cocktail bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or events. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Skills Strong math skills, including retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Experience in sales to effectively promote specials or new menu items to customers. Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours efficiently. Knowledge of catering services is a plus for events and large gatherings. Familiarity with brewing techniques if serving craft beers or specialty drinks. Experience in nightclub or bar environments is preferred for understanding fast-paced service dynamics. Background in food service to ensure seamless collaboration with kitchen staff and adherence to food safety practices.
