Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquets or special events

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of math, including retail math for handling cash transactions
• Previous experience in the brewing industry, wine industry,or food industry.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
