JOB DESCRIPTION
Bartenders provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. They prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engage with customers to recommend menu items, and handle cash transactions accurately.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Bar Maintenance:
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and safe.
Beverage Preparation:
Serve a variety of beverages according to recipes and preferences.
Cash Handling:
Process payments accurately and follow cash procedures.
Continuous Learning:
Stay curious and proactive in learning.
Customer Engagement:
Build rapport and create a positive atmosphere for guests.
Knowledge of Mixology:
Understand mixology basics.
Menu Knowledge:
Familiarize with menu items and make recommendations.
Problem Solving:
Address issues promptly and efficiently.
Responsible Service:
Monitor consumption to prevent overindulgence.
Upselling:
Promote specials and enhance customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS 1-2
years bartending experience emphasizing exceptional customer service. Responsible Alcohol Service / TIPS certificiation required (or equivalent) Awareness of responsible alcohol service and regulations. Comfortable in fast-paced environments, skilled at multitasking. Familiarity with mixology trends and a passion for continuous learning. Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism during busy periods. Proficient in preparing diverse alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Willingness to work flexible hours. Willingness to work varied hours.

$35.00 - $50.00 per hour
