Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on current trends and guest feedback. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours or special events like banquets or nightclubs. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightlife venues, or hospitality industry settings. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Experience with food service operations including food handling, catering, or banquet service is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
