BARTENDER SERVER HYBRID

•In search of extra income? Have current employment and past bartender/server experience? Bartender serves guests at the bar top and also the dining room. Past bartending experience not required, will train the right candidate. Must have foundational knowledge of spirits, beer and wine. Have reliable transportation or means to arrive in a timely manner for each scheduled shift. Strong work ethic. Cell phone usage during work hours strictly reduced. Welcoming guests in a friendly and respectful manner at all times. Preparing cocktails from specified recipes. Interact with guests in a friendly and respectful manner at all times. Follow direction, lead and instructions from Ownership at all times. Must be able to safely lift 50-100lbs. Maintain cleanliness of bar, dining room at all times. Answer phone promptly, taking orders correctly and consistently. Clean, bus and disinfect bar top/dining room tables promptly turning them over efficiently when guests have vacated. Must be able to operate point of sale system reliably, accurately and reconcile cash drawer at end of shift. Perform end of night cleaning duties maintaining bar and dining room cleanliness at all times. Willingness and availability to work nights, weekends and have flexibility as necessitated by needs of the business. Authorized to work in The United States, ability to pass a background check.
