Bartender 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Carbone's Kitchen is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic bartender to join our team and provide an excellent guest drinking experience in a high volume, fast paced environment. Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding the needs and expectations of guests. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips. Opportunity for management training and position at new Downtown location (Q1 2026) for the right, experienced candidate. Hourly Rate is Estimate with Tips Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks in a high volume setting Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations Extensive craft beer, wine and spirit knowledge Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Comply with all food and beverage regulations- TIPS certified a plus Requirements 3-5+ working experience years as a high volume bartender Strong server skills Excellent knowledge of wine, beer, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends If it sounds like you may be a good fit please respond with your resume.
