Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits, and craft beers with precision and flair. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks from our extensive beverage menu. Operate POS system to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink offerings. Handle cash handling duties, process payments, and balance registers at the end of each shift. Experience Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining or high-volume establishments with strong cocktail skills. Knowledge of POS systems. Demonstrated ability in beverage recipe development, mixology, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Prior food service experience with excellent customer service skills in a hospitality setting. Familiarity with food safety standards, basic math for retail math and cash handling, as well as banquet or catering experience is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Experience working with diverse beverage offerings such as craft beer, wine, spirits, and brewing processes is a plus.
