Bartender:

Part-time position, primarily daytime bar shifts.

Server:

Part-time weekend shifts, with the possibility of developing into a full-time position. We are looking for team members who provide great customer service, work well in a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. Apply today to join the team at The Pattaconk Bar & Grille in Chester, Connecticut. Responsibilities Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with accuracy and enthusiasm. Prepare and mix cocktails, pour wines and beers, and manage beverage menus with knowledgeable recommendations. Operate POS systems, process payments, and handle cash and tabs efficiently. Maintain clean, organized bar and dining areas; restock supplies and manage inventory as needed. Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling standards; uphold high level of customer service and hospitality. Qualifications 1+ year of bartending and/or server experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling; cocktail and beverage recipe development Strong customer service, mixology, and wine knowledge; basic food service duties Time management and multitasking across bar and dining areas; basic math for orders and tabs Fine dining or premium service experience a plus; nightclubs or banquet experience beneficial
