Bartender — David Burke Prime, Foxwoods Resort Casino We are looking for skilled bartenders who can execute classic and craft cocktails with speed and precision while hosting our bar guests and supporting a busy dining room. David Burke Prime is a classic American steakhouse at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut. We are staffing the reopening of our dining room, bar, and kitchen.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prepare cocktails, wine, and beer to recipe and standard for bar guests and the dining room Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to bar guests, including food orders Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; complete opening and closing checklists Follow all Connecticut liquor laws and responsible-service practices; check IDs Accurately ring all sales in the POS and handle cash and card payments Direct and support bar backs to keep the bar fully stocked during service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or fine-dining setting Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, and beer Must be 18 or older TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire) Able to stand for full shifts and lift cases up to 50 lbs Reliable and punctual; evening and weekend availability required, and holidays are required for all positions

SCHEDULE & PAY

Part-time Evenings, weekends & holidays required $8.23 / hr + tips (CT bartender tip-credit rate)
