Daisuki Ran is a new Pan-Asian restaurant in South Meriden, CT. We are assembling a hospitality-driven opening team and are looking for bartenders who take pride in craft, energy, and guest experience . This role is ideal for someone who can move with urgency, stay organized, and deliver consistent, high-quality service behind the bar.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and efficiency Take and manage food and beverage orders for bar guests Provide genuine hospitality and engage with guests at the bar Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and menu offerings Work closely with servers and support staff during service Keep bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times Follow all alcohol service laws and safety standards

Qualifications:

Experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting Knowledge of classic cocktails and high-volume service Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and team-oriented mindset Weekend and evening availability
