In this energetic role, you will support bartenders and servers by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. This tipped position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, and utensils promptly to ensure smooth beverage service Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including bar cleaning, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing equipment regularly Clear and bus tables efficiently, ensuring the dining area remains tidy and inviting for guests Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, trash removal, and moving furniture or equipment as needed Support food service operations by assisting with food handling, food preparation, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards Use POS systems to process transactions accurately when necessary Uphold beverage service standards by adhering to alcohol safety regulations and ensuring responsible serving practices Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant, banquet, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability in cleaning, bussing tables, bar cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness standards Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact courteously with guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Knowledge of food industry safety protocols, including food handling and bar safety compliance Experience with beverage service or bar experience is a plus but not required Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through teamwork, energy, and dedication!
