Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining a friendly demeanor with patrons. Skills Experience in food service or the food industry is required (2 years minimum). Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and cash handling. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques. Ability to work effectively in a restaurant setting under pressure. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation.
