Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and policies. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food and beverage delivery during catering or banquet events. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, checking expiration dates, and minimizing waste. Uphold all food handling protocols and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly during peak hours. Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable for adapting to diverse service environments. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is required. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately. Ability to work night shifts or flexible hours as needed in hospitality settings such as bars or nightclubs. Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage crafting can be an added advantage for creating specialty drinks.
