Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cashing out customers, processing payments via POS systems, and balancing registers at shift end. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, special events like banquets or catering functions, and nightclubbing atmospheres. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations.
