Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders when necessary. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Handle cashing out customers, processing payments via POS systems, and balancing registers at shift end. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours, special events like banquets or catering functions, and nightclubbing atmospheres. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations. Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable; nightclub or catering experience is a plus.
