Must have Bartending Experience Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve with enthusiasm to ensure a positive dining experience Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options using established recipes or custom creations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area while adhering to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Develop new beverage recipes and contribute ideas for seasonal menus or specials to enhance guest satisfaction Upsell menu items effectively by understanding guest preferences and promoting signature drinks or food pairings Handle cash transactions accurately, process credit card payments, and balance cash drawers at shift end Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including catering events or nightclub nights Stay informed about beverage trends such as mixology techniques, brewing processes, and wine knowledge to elevate guest experiences Requirements Strong knowledge of POS systems.
