Handle cash transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations Use your knowledge of hospitality and basic math skills to manage tabs, calculate bills, and process payments efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS. Strong customer service skills with an energetic and approachable demeanor. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively while managing time during busy shifts. Experience with fine dining service or catering is a plus but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling
