Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive experience from order to departure Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when applicable, especially during events like banquets or catering functions Assist in setting up for special events such as nightclubs or private parties, ensuring all service standards are met Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred, fast pace environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Previous experience with brewing or catering is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism while managing high-pressure situations Join us in creating lively atmospheres where guests enjoy exceptional drinks and memorable moments!
