You'll collaborate with a dedicated educational staff and make a meaningful difference in students' communication skills during a crucial period of their academic journey.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility in Connecticut). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) considered. Prior experience in pediatrics, school settings, or healthcare environments. Familiarity with IEP processes and individualized intervention planning. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Experience supporting high school populations is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to high school students in alignment with their IEPs. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families for comprehensive student support. Maintain thorough, compliant records and documentation. Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development, as needed. Support students' academic and social success through evidence-based interventions.
