Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and skilled Full-time Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of our bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Your passion for mixology, beverage innovation, and customer engagement will drive the success of our bar operations. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Maintain an engaging and welcoming environment by providing outstanding customer service to all guests. Use POS system to process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting for our patrons. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld at all times. Engage in upselling techniques to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction. Service bar guests and tables with both food and beverage service. Experience Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a bartender/server in fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and create a lively atmosphere. Experience in food safety standards and handling cash transactions responsibly.
