In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service while preparing and serving beverages and food with enthusiasm and professionalism. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of your contribution to our team's success. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Take customer orders accurately, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and sales. Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering duties, processing payments accurately, and balancing registers at shift end. Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. Assist in food service operations during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed while minimizing waste through proper stock rotation. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse clientele. Experience in fine dining environments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totaling. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced hospitality settings while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
