About us Posa Ristorante is an authentic Italian restaurant in Ridgefield, CT. Everything is made fresh daily with the highest quality of ingredients. Posa offers indoor, outdoor and bar dining at both the liquor bar and pizza bar. Posa is looking for an experienced mixologist to add to our team. Experience in fine dining is required.
