Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires proficiency in using various Point of Sale (POS) systems, as well as a solid understanding of food safety and handling practices. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages to management. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
