Experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender - Full-Time We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and personable Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our team in a full-time position. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, understands proper bartending techniques, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, provides excellent hospitality, and can confidently manage all aspects of bar service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve craft cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages accurately and consistently Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, cocktail ingredients, proper measurements, garnishes, and bartending techniques Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service while creating a welcoming experience for guests Take customer orders and make knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences Operate the Toast POS system to enter orders, process payments, open and close tabs, and manage customer checks Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and change while maintaining accountability for the bar drawer Properly open and close the bar, including setting up and breaking down the workstation Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies as needed Prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, and other ingredients used in craft cocktails Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock or product needs to management Check identification and follow all applicable alcohol-service laws and responsible serving practices Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, management, and other bartenders Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for the bar, glassware, equipment, and surrounding areas Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining drink quality and excellent customer service Assist with additional opening, closing, cleaning, and side-work responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous bartending experience required , preferably in a craft cocktail, upscale restaurant, lounge, or high-volume bar environment Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Experience with Toast POS or a similar point-of-sale system preferred Strong cash-handling and basic math skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Must meet all applicable age and alcohol-service requirements
