The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and presentation techniques. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes. Comply with all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Support banquet or catering events as needed by preparing drinks for large groups. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions and basic retail math. Experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous. Familiarity with banquet or catering services is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
