Job Description

Half Full Brewery currently operates a coffee shop, brewpub, food truck, beer garden, outdoor bar, and private event space at our Third Place by Half Full Brewery location at 575 Pacific Street in Stamford. We are seeking highly motivated hospitality staff to join our growing team!
POSITION SUMMARY
FOH Staff are responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience to everyone at Third Place. This includes but is not limited to: Greeting guests promptly and anticipating their needs to accommodate all their needs during their visit Taking and delivering beverage and food orders in a timely manner, both for onsite consumption and for pickup orders Properly serving our products to guests, including draft beer, cocktails, wine, and food Following proper bar procedure and protocols following all mixing techniques during beverage service Ensuring pleasurable experiences with all guests in all aspects including beverage and food service Delivering food to guests in a timely manner from our on premise food truck Educating guests on the Half Full Brewery products and brand Managing inventory and Toast point of sale systems Bussing tables and clearing any trash to keep customer spaces immaculate Ensuring that alcohol related laws, regulations and procedures are followed and that guests are not over-served Staffing private events This position requires night-time and weekend availability. We are open from Tuesday-Sunday with ranging hours and dayparts:
COFFEE SHOP 8AM-3PM
Tuesday-Sunday
BAR SERVICE 12PM-11PM
Tuesday-Saturday 12PM-9PM Sunday
FOOD SERVICE 10AM-9PM
Tuesday-Thursday 10AM-10PM Friday-Saturday 10AM-7PM Sunday
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL
Be 21+ and have the ability to work around alcohol without abusing it. Have prior experience in a food & beverage service role. Have a passion for delivering a world-class customer service. Be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
COMPENSATION
$8.25/hour plus tips (which are pooled and split) Ranging rates for any Private Events & Specialty Events Access to employee discounts on products and merchandise
