Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and stock levels Process cash transactions accurately while handling cashing out customers and managing tabs Assist with food service duties when needed, including serving meals and catering to banquet or event setups Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on current trends and customer preferences Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, especially in fine dining or upscale environments Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and craft beer with a passion for beverage innovation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts seamlessly while maintaining high-quality service Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours in a fast-paced setting Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of beverages and food items Previous experience with banquet or catering events is a plus Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and processing payments accurately Experience working with beverage recipe development or mixology is highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team where your skills will shine!
