Full Job Description Part-Time Bartender Compensation:

$9.00 per hour + tips This is a tipped position. In addition to the $9.00 hourly base rate, bartenders are eligible to earn tips.

11:30 AM-5:30 PM Hours may vary based on business needs. Job Description Mocha Bay is seeking an experienced, personable, and dependable Part-Time Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing excellent hospitality, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and creates a welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service Maintain knowledge of beverages, ingredients, and proper preparation Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol-service requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar Process guest orders and payments accurately Complete opening, closing, and assigned side-work duties Monitor supplies and communicate restocking needs to management Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Follow restaurant sanitation, safety, and service standards Qualifications Previous professional bartending experience required Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Strong customer-service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to remain organized and efficient during busy service periods Must be available for the required Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule References and previous employment may be verified Uniform & Appearance Team members are expected to maintain a polished and professional appearance. Black dress pants or an appropriate black skirt, sheer stockings when applicable, and clean black professional shoes, loafers, flats or appropriate heels are required. A Mocha Bay shirt will be provided.

Pay:

$8.23 - $9.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 per week Application Question(s): How many years of professional bartending experience do you have ? Are you available to work Thursday-Saturday from 5:30pm- 9:30pm and Sunday from 11:30 am - 5:30 pm ? Do you have experience preparing cocktails and serving beer & wine in a restaurant or bar setting ? Are you comfortable working in a fast pace environment while managing multiple drink orders and providing guest service ?
