Reliability and hospitality skills are a must. We are located in an area with high volume pops, and will require a talented bartender with an experienced skill set. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area to ensure health standards are met Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for order processing and payments Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to food safety management practices Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the bar fully equipped for service Collaborate with team members to create a lively, efficient, and enjoyable environment for all guests Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant or bar settings is preferred, demonstrating strong customer service skills Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management is essential for maintaining hygiene standards Familiarity with POS systems for quick and accurate order processing Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude towards food safety practices and responsible alcohol service Previous experience in food safety management is a plus but not required; training will be provided Your first shift will be an unpaid stage shift to determine whether you fit with our team dynamic, followed by a two week paid training and probationary period.
