Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills Assist in food service when needed, including serving dishes at tables or during banquets and catering events Requirements Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience with retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Knowledge of spirits, craft beer, wine selection, and beverage trends Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.
