Senior Event Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years in restaurant or hotel event sales, with a strong track record in event-specific sales Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments for at least 3 years Ability to build relationships, drive bookings, and meet revenue goals through proactive networking Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong math aptitude for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Flexible schedule with availability aligned to event and restaurant peak volume times Proven ability to manage, lead, and motivate a small team
Senior Event Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
Experience in event operations and hands-on execution of on- and off-site events Knowledge of local market trends and competitive hospitality landscape
