Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. This role requires proficiency in various point-of-sale systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, as well as a solid understanding of food safety and handling practices. Fast paced enviroment ..Sports Bar them with Pool Leagues Nightly . Minimum 2 shifts a week. Tuesday nites and Rotating Saturday shift (days/nites) Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and creativity. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Process transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Assist with inventory Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry, preferably in sports bar setting. Familiarity with POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members alike. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
