Your responsibility extends far beyond taking orders, you will guide guests through a carefully curated dining experience, anticipate needs before they arise, and create meaningful connections while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. Every interaction should feel polished, effortless, and deeply personal. Responsibilities Deliver warm, genuine, and personalized hospitality to every guest. Guide guests confidently through the menu, tasting experience, and beverage offerings. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of every dish, ingredient, preparation method, allergen, and dietary accommodation. Maintain expert-level knowledge of the complete wine list, cocktail program, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. Confidently recommend wine and beverage pairings. Execute all steps of service with consistency and precision. Coordinate seamlessly with support staff, bartenders, hosts, and culinary team. Maintain clean, organized stations throughout service. Anticipate guest needs before they are requested. Handle guest concerns professionally while preserving an exceptional dining experience. Complete opening, closing, and side work to the highest standard. Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Knowledge Expectations Knowledge is a non-negotiable part of the guest experience.
