Washington Street Ale House is seeking an experienced, friendly, and outgoing Bartender to join our dynamic team in Wilmington, Delaware. We are looking for a reliable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at delivering exceptional hospitality.

What You Will Do Craft & Serve:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of craft beers, cocktails, wine, and spirits quickly and accurately.

Engage Guests:

Welcome guests with a warm, outgoing attitude, guide them through our menus, and provide recommendations. Maintain the

Bar:

Keep the bar area, tools, and seating clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.

Collaborate:

Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.

Follow Safety Standards:

Verify guest identification, monitor alcohol consumption, and adhere to all food safety and liquor laws.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

Proven experience working as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or busy bar.

Personality:

A friendly, positive, and outgoing demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Reliability:

A dependable team player with strong time-management skills and a flexible schedule.

Knowledge:

A solid understanding of classic cocktails, wine, and craft beer styles.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift up to 30 lbs (kegs, ice, cases of beer).
