Job Description
Hyatt Place Wilmington Riverfront is looking for a Part Time Bartender! Responsibilities and Duties The Bartender is responsible for the set-up operations and breakdown of the bar. Job duties include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Ability to interact with guests, co-workers, and supervisors in a positive and helpful manner, as well as being able to work independently for extended periods of time. It is crucial that the Bartender follows all established guidelines and procedures regarding beverage and safety controls Set up and stock bar area along with preparing any alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages and condiments/supplies Greet guests, take customers' orders, and serve in a friendly, courteous manner Maintain professionalism while assessing guests' needs and preferences and offer recommendations if needed Maintain a clean and neat work and service area and restock bar inventory and supplies as needed Neat, clean, and professional appearance Exhibit a sense of urgency Guest-friendly demeanor Successful in a team environment
