Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and lively atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep our menu fresh and exciting. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; process payments efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; restock as needed. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly during busy hours. Handle night club or catering events when required, adapting your skills to different settings within the hospitality industry. Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or high-volume venues such as nightclubs or catering events. Expertise in mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, and spirits knowledge including brewing and wine pairing. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest satisfaction. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
