The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, creates a welcoming experience for every guest, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, sake, and other beverages accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service Learn and confidently explain our cocktail, sake, sushi, and hibachi menus Take food and beverage orders from bar guests Make drink recommendations and help increase bar sales through suggestive selling Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Properly handle cash and POS transactions Follow all alcohol-service, sanitation, and food-safety standards Assist with opening and closing bar duties Work closely with servers, management, and kitchen staff to provide a smooth guest experience Help create a fun, upbeat, and hospitality-focused atmosphere
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred Restaurant or high-volume bar experience is a plus Strong communication and customer-service skills Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer; sake knowledge is a plus Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must meet Florida requirements for serving alcoholic beverages Weekend, evening, and late-night availability preferred
