Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and experienced Barback and Bartender to join our vibrant team. You will be the backbone of our bar operation, ensuring smooth service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create memorable moments for our guests while supporting the bartenders and overall venue operations. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages swiftly and efficiently to keep service flowing seamlessly Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning, food service bar safety compliance, and general sanitation practices Buss tables, clear empty glasses, and support food service staff with timely bussing and venue beverage service Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, cleaning equipment, and moving stock safely and responsibly Ensure proper food preparation support when needed, adhering to safety standards and hygiene protocols Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling, order processing, and transaction accuracy Uphold high standards of customer service by engaging with guests professionally, communicating effectively, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Support event setups such as banquets or catering functions by assisting with food and beverage service logistics Follow all food industry regulations and venue beverage service policies to ensure safety compliance at all times Experience Minimum of five years' experience in bartending within busy venues such as nightclubs, restaurants, or catering environments Proven ability to perform bar experience tasks including mixing drinks, handling cash transactions, and managing POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Extensive knowledge of food industry standards related to hospitality, food safety, and bar safety compliance Strong background in cleaning procedures including bar cleaning and general sanitation practices Experience in bussing tables, venue beverage service, and supporting food preparation activities Excellent communication skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced settings Familiarity with manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks related to supplies or equipment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service!
